Umm it maybe a fungus if it doesn'tclear up go to a doctor or just paint your nails! It coould be leftover from when you painted your nails last though! Like residue! Try using nail polish remover!!

sqeeze a very little amount of toothpaste in finger, and apply it in all the nails.then massage and clean with finger on each nail,and wash the hands(nails).
also
Dip ur finger nails in a bowl containing lemon juice,for 1 or 2 minutes. then wash the hands.
