i was recently at Charlotte russe (if thats how you spell it) and they had lime green hot pink yellow bright orange ect, for like 3$,,..and if your looking for two in one like hot pink and lime green mixed and stuff i saw those at claires for like 5$
u can find them at superdrug but if you dont have this shop in your country then ebay would do! (www.ebay.com) brands are (miss sporty) (neon) you can find miss sporty at superdrug and ebay but not neon you can find neon at ebay only

the brand Sinful Colors has a huge variety... you can normally find it at Walgreens or CVS.
