you can alos try this with hot pink and orange or red.
i am tan carmel too!! the best color that looks good on me for nails is a bright red it usually emphasises your skin color and makes you look tanner its a pretty color like this one:

I love it. Get a bright orange, but not like fluorescent. In walmart they have one from Pure Ice and it's gorgeous.





Or if you want something that'll pop a little more, go for turquoise or aqua.
