Black homecoming dress.. not sure about corsage or nails color.?

i planned on getting a french manicure in a v with red tips, and possibly a rose for our corsage and boutonniere. not sure though? any help would be amazing!Black homecoming dress.. not sure about corsage or nails color.?
Just about any color goes with black, and red is always a beautiful contrast. Having your nails and the flower the same color would look very coordinated. maybe just dark red nails all over (not a french manicure) OR if u still want the french manicure part, in the October issue of TeenVogue (on page 221 if you want to go pick it up) theres a model with a backwards french manicure...where the color that would be at the tip, is at the bottom and vice-versa. For a corsage, maybe (again) a darker red rose with something like daisies so its not all dark colors...since daisies are white...lol

Or you can go with white nails and black tips and a white corsage





Or you can go with a regular french manicure





If you want red tips you can go with a red corsage
get puple tips and a puple corsage
I would wear a regular pink and white french manicure, with a white or red rose. Good luck!!
Truthfully, corsages are more for prom, not homecoming. And nails, just go with the classic white french, because that way for 2 weeks after the dance, your nails can still look good and go with everything.
well you could work the whole goth-punky look with black nails and a dark rose. but if your not that type, then i would suggest, a opaque white for your nails (like the color scarlett johannson was sporting a while ago) and a pink flower for a sweeter look. or french manicure and a white rose. it would make the colors pop against black.
For nails I would go with a white color to contrast against your black dress. I honestly do know what corsage to pick.

then your nails can then be any color, as white and black are not realy colors, and can't clash ....enjoy
try getting just a regular french manicure with white tips and a white rose for a corsage. it'll look good with only black and white
that sound really good...i mean its for a night and itll look awesome. if you wanted to soften it you can always get a white corsage with white tips for nails but i like the red.
Go with a mauve colored french manicure. red or pink would also be cute. if the lighting is darker, i don't think purple would be too good of a choice. it will make you look too dark considering that your dress is black. And oh i just thought of this! silver tips might look really cool!


as for your corsage, i'd say try to match your polish or go with a simple white rose... good luck
i dont like the red tips on the nails but you could do a french manicure, then a white line, then a red line above or under it. and the flower sounds great. have fun!
