Red nails, definitely. And shoes really depend on your preference for dancing. Girls at my homecoming took their shoes off to dance, but you may not want to do that. I'd say low heels, like a wedge, or flats. If you're at all into a funky look, you could wear converse.
metallic nails would look hot! that's what i did and it stood out because everyone else had black or french manicure or red so i stood out with my metallic shoes and nails. i was going to do purple because purple and black look perfect together so maybe do that
Black and Silver. For shoes, flats are better if you're gonna be on your feet more.
my dress had black in it and i got french manicure acrylics with black tips instead of white. they look sweet!
