Light pink or neutral pink always makes my skin look beautiful! I would go with Hard as Nails clear. The color is clear but dries a nice translucent pink. It is pretty and makes fair skin look brighter.What color should I paint my nails?
Well I love wearing a navy blue It matches with every thing and also it looks sort of black but its not so it has a really cool edge. also a dark tone on your skin would defently make your skin pop because fair skin and dark makeup is a tad overwhelimg so on your nails it would look really good.
That depends on your skin and hair color. For light hair and skin, soft colors are the best.If you have dark skin or dark hair, a richer color would be better. Red makes a statement if thats the look your going for. Off colors will make you seem a bit juvenile.

maybe neon colours like bright reds, cyan, bright pink, lilac,lime green, those sorts of colours. Avoid using colours that are close to the skin colour, i.e. whites and yellows, and avoid using ones that are too dark, i.e. blacks and dark blues. Hope I've helped xx
There is this great color called ';Fallen in Love.'; Sorry, I don't remember what brand it's from, but my friend has really pale skin and it totally worked on her.
i may not be a women but i think you shall paint them like the same color of your dress or cloths .
As you say you have fair skin, so I'd go for light pinks and very pale colours. Or paint your nails with clear nail varnish to make your nails look shiny, this will also make your skin look brighter.

Sephora has a color called ';Special Request'; by Opi. It is a coral-ish color and I love it!
