When i wake up in the morning my nails are a lime green color? ?

Sounds gross i know. You see i have a horrible problem with picking/biting at my cuticles. I have been doing it FOREVER. usually they start to bleed when i pick at them badly.


And so when i wake up my cuticle scabs are a slight lime green color and even underneath my nails?


but i am a hygenic girl..i take showers every day and wash my hands alot.


are my cuticles infected?? When i wake up in the morning my nails are a lime green color? ?
With out acutally seeing them, it sounds like they are infected.


Go to you local beauty salon and ask their opinion, or even your doctor. You can get an anti fungal cream espacially for nails from your local pharmacy, but the best way to prevent it, is to stop picking and biting. I know its hard to give up a habit like that, but it will do alot more damage in the long run.
